DENVER, COLORADO – February 26, 2014 – BankersLab, Inc. is excited to announce CEO, Michelle Katics has been selected as a Mentor for the Founder Institute.

The Founder Institute was established with the aim of creating and fostering local startup ecosystems in promising markets across the globe. One of their many initiatives is their mentor scheme, where each semester, they carefully recruit approximately 25 Mentors who are typically the CEO or founder of a successful startup. The Mentors are selected based on their ability to convey lessons learned on a topic in the curriculum and help participating Founders by sharing their relevant experiences. Mentors are accessible to Founders in the program during the sessions and through email. The shared equity upside of each Semester encourages supportive and collaborative relationships with the Mentors.

About Michelle

Ms. Katics founded BankersLab, Inc. in 2012, a company which provides simulation-gaming based risk management training for retail bank executives. As CEO, Michelle has expanded BankersLab to a truly global organization with faculty and sales offices across 15 countries serving major bank clients around the world.

Ms. Katics is a retail banking risk executive with internationally tested leadership and management skills. As a risk subject matter expert she has a consistent approach of deploying long term strategic vision with an operationally sound approach. Her 20 years of experience spans mature to emerging markets, general macroeconomics and specialized consumer credit risk management analytics.
